Most cleansers and formulas are validated in soft water — around 50ppm calcium hardness. Indian metros routinely exceed 400ppm. That mineral load binds to surfactants, leaves residue, and shifts how actives behave on the skin.
We formulate with chelators and a hard-water tolerance built into the brief. The barrier has enough to deal with at 42°C; the water shouldn’t be another attacker.
