Engineered for the pigment load of a UV index that peaks at 10+. 5% Tranexamic Acid, 2% Alpha Arbutin, Kojic Dipalmitate (thermally stable, pre-dissolved), Niacinamide and stable Vitamin C. Target pH 5.5.
